    Projects have included personal and client-led properties in New York City, Brooklyn, Rhode Island, London, and France, each approached with careful consideration of architecture, context, and livability.

  • Interior design services for large-scale residences, including mansions, stately homes, and private villas in the United States and the United Kingdom.

    Recent work includes the complete interior design of a 25,000 square foot private mansion in Newport, Rhode Island, as well as a significant UK mansion project (described generally to maintain client privacy). Projects often involve curating existing collections of antique and vintage furniture alongside custom-made bespoke pieces to create layered, timeless interiors.

  • Interior design for city residences of all sizes, from full apartments and townhouses to individual rooms and accessories-only projects.

    Work has included properties in New York City and Brooklyn, as well as London, including a Grade II listed building on Cadogan Place, where services ranged from interior detailing to sourcing furnishings and decorative objects. Whether a full redesign or a single curated element, each project is approached with the same level of care and attention.

  • Shahrzad has led renovation projects of all sizes, notably a 10,000 square foot townhouse in Brooklyn Heights, where she navigated community board approvals, coordinated architectural and design teams, and managed staging and sale of the property.

    Additional renovation work includes residential townhouses and homes in New York, California, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island, as well as international projects in France and England, including a large private UK residence. Projects may include client-owned or personally developed properties.

    Projects have included staging in New York City, Brooklyn, Rhode Island, and London, with larger properties typically undertaken first.

  • Shahrzad is known for sourcing and procuring exclusive furniture, artwork, and home accessories, drawing from a wide network of galleries, dealers, artisans, and makers.

    She also facilitates and manages custom furniture and artwork commissions, overseeing all aspects of the process including design development, liaising with artists and clients, materials and finishes, timelines, and delivery. Each commission is approached as a collaborative and highly personalized process.
